I was wondering if anyone on here has made their way to the Minnesota Zoo since this spring and saw their new exhibit "Russia's Grizzly Coast". I did and thought it was fantastic...even though it was devoid of any herps. Wink

i go to the School of Environmental Studies,
and i took an animal behavior class and everyone
got assigned an animal to observe and i was assigned
the brown bears in russia's grizzly coast.
they're really neat to watch.

After observing them and their behavior we had to
make them an enrichment item out of paper mache.
i made them another bear, it was huge. they ended
up tearing it apart.
it was really neat to watch x]

AND THE OTTERS ARE FREAKING ADORABLE!

Thats really cool! I know that I would love to be assigned to the grizzlys. Though the Amur Leopards are simply amazing...
